During my Christmas stay, I was impressed with the modern and clean rooms. The breakfast room was delightful with excellent food, and I appreciated the nice heritage conservation project of the architecture. the location was perfect, just a block or so from the main city area, ideal for exploring the city on foot.

The lack of a good connection meant I had to chase the wi-fi signal outside the room in different areas, which was inconvenient. the staff lacked warmth, and their customer service was not up to par, which made the whole experience more negative.
